The quality of input material is crucial for assembly solutions. As a quality assurance step, our inspection series qualifies up to 100% of the parts – either after a manufacturing step or before processing the parts further. Inspection may include testing the optical, electro-optical or even mechano-optical performance. We serve several Inspection cases such as geometry inspection (angles, dimensions etc.), surface inspection, defect inspection according to cracks, scratches, contamination and dig. inhomogeneities (Chips/DIEs, Optics) as well as system performance inspection according to output power, intensity distribution or alignment status etc. . We offer a advanced Light-field Camera Inspection, combining visual and 3D-Inspection. Our Machines use industry proven AI processes for wafer, optics and surface inspection.
