    What Does The Recruitment Process Look Like?

    1. Phone Interview

    To cover first questions and find out whether the chemistry fits, we do a first phone or video interview.

    2. First Interview

    As we still like each other after the first call we arrange a meeting where we get to know each other personally.

    3. Second Interview

    The third round would be another personal meeting, where you get a guided tour through our company and meet some of your future colleagues.

    4. Offer

    Finally if both parties decide for a future employee-employer relationship, we are going to make an offer you can’t decline.
